This hot sauce is more about flavor than heat. it's wonderfully aromatic and bright with a medium spice level. We wait all year for the lovely aji dulce (or Tobago) peppers that go into this hot sauce. They have all the intoxicating aroma of a habanero or scotch bonnet without the extreme heat. Keep a bottle of this on the table to add extra flavor to everything.
Ingredients: sweet potatoes, brine (water, salt) habanero peppers, red jalapenoes, cider/white vinegar, mango, garlic, lime.
