12 Pepper Jam
Bon Appetit's Andrew Knowlton called our 12 Pepper Jam the "condiment of the season" for Thanksgiving. It's the secret ingredient in day after turkey sandwich. It is the pepper jam of my dreams - what I wanted every pepper jelly I ever had to taste like but, sadly, they all fell short. This one is chock full or delicious local sweet & hot peppers with lots of flavor and healthy dose of heat. It is hot, but not painful. Once you pair it with cream cheese, goat cheese, or blue cheese, it is perfect. Add a spoonful or two to stir fries, chicken marinade, sandwiches, or use as a glaze for shrimp or fish.
Ingredients: sugar, white vinegar, hot red peppers, lime, lemon, pectin, chipotle, garlic,chili flake, cumin, sea salt.
