This is our seasonal twist on our popular 12 Pepper Jam. The tart cranberry mellows out the heat on this one just a touch. It's our standard fall appetizer with local cheeses & crackers. It also adds an addictive piquancy to turkey sandwiches and makes a great kicked-up option to cranberry sauce on the holiday table.
Ingredients: sugar, white vinegar, hot red peppers, cranberries lime, lemon, pectin, chipotle, garlic,chili flake, cumin, sea salt.
