This is a proper hand cut marmalade with pleasing bitterness. Perfect for tea & toast on a cold winter day or mix with a little powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice for a wonderful glaze for pound cake. It's a personal favorite of April's.
Ingredients: organic Texas Ruby red grapefruit, sugar, lemon juice, salt
