Our peach preserves start with perfect, tree-ripened peaches from the NC Sandhills. We choose varieties with excellent flavor and good acidity. Elberta is our current favorite variety. We patiently wait for it to ripen every year to capture it's exquisite flavor in a jar just for you. Spoon it over vanilla ice cream, pound cake, or a hot buttered biscuit for a taste of perfect summer any time of the year.
